Staff of Judea Audiobook from Graphic Audio

Staff of JudeaRogue Angel 41: Staff of Judea

After decoding an ancient scroll—one that purports to pinpoint the treasure of the Jewish Temple, lost for two thousand years—archaeologist Annja Creed agrees to lead the party to recover the find in Judea. It’s a perilous desert journey through sandstorms and bandits, and complicated by mysterious sabotage within the group, to arrive at a long-forgotten fortress deep beneath a mountain.

Only then does Annja discover that this archaeological expedition is really one man’s quest for the mystical Staff of Aaron, one of the Bible’s holiest and most powerful relics—a weapon they say can do incalculable harm in the hands of the wrong individual. She must try everything humanly possible to prevent the staff from being used for selfish purposes. Even if it puts her in the mightiest battle yet—sword against staff.

Library of Gold (Rogue Angel #37)

He was one of Russia’s most infamous rulers, and he alone held the key to a legendary Byzantine collection of books, given to him in the dowry of Princess Sophia of Constantinople. Ivan Vasilyevich-otherwise known as Ivan the Terrible-owned a library filled with rare and priceless tomes that men would kill for. Would die for. But the czar carried the knowledge of its whereabouts to his grave. And it falls to archaeologist Annja Creed, almost five hundred years later, to discover the secrets of the Library of Gold.

When the opportunity to unravel the mystery of this so-called eighth wonder of the world lands in Annja’s lap, she can’t resist. Armed with a diary of cryptic clues, she embarks on a journey to Russia, where she must somehow find her way into the very heart of the country, beneath the Kremlin. But Annja soon discovers she’s racing a ruthless KGB agent driven by sinister motives. She finds herself deep beneath the Russian soil in a dangerous game of cat and mouse… Will she be the next to mysteriously disappear from history?

RIVERWATCH

IT HAS WAITED….IT HAS HUNGERED….

When Jake Caruso and his construction team find a hidden tunnel in the cellar of the old Blake mansion in the sleepy hamlet of Harrington Falls, Jake can’t wait to explore its depths. There, he finds an even greater mystery: a stone chamber that’s been covered up for hundreds of years — sealed shut by some long-forgotten warden.

IT HAS BEEN UNLEASHED.

When the ancient seal is broken, a reign of terror and death consumes the town’s residents. Something is stalking them — something that strikes in the darkness without warning or mercy, leaving a trail of innocent blood in its wake — and Jake comes to realize the nightmarish truth of what he has set free. It is an evil born of ages past. A creature of eternal bloodlust. And it has risen to continue its endless slaughter….

MORE THAN LIFE ITSELF

How far would you go to save someone you love?

Sam Dalton is at the end of his rope. His daughter, Jessica, lies dying in a hospital bed from a mysterious disease that has her doctors completely baffled. Without being able to identify the disease or its cause, they are unable to devise a cure and can offer Sam little hope. All he is left to do is sit there and watch his little girl wither away, day after day.

Despair has him wrapped tightly in its bony grip when an encounter with an empty-eyed vagrant he dubs the Preacher gives Sam the opportunity he has been searching for, a chance to bring his precious daughter back from the brink of death. He doesn’t know who the Preacher is, or if the Preacher is even human, but Sam doesn’t care. All he can see is the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel.

If he’s strong enough to do what needs to be done.

How far would you go to save someone you love? Sam Dalton is about to find out.

A TEAR IN THE SKY audiobook edition now available

The fine folks over at GraphicAudio have outdone themselves again with the release of A TEAR IN THE SKY, the third book in the first Templar Chronicles trilogy. As I’ve said before, I think Johann Dettweiler and the rest of his team over at GraphicAudio have created a fabulous audio rendition of my work and I’m thrilled to be working with them on more projects throughout 2012 and 20013.

A Tear in the Sky

When Knight Commander Cade Williams discovers that his wife, Gabrielle, is not truly dead, but held in some kind of arcane stasis between the lands of the living and the lands of the dead, he vows that nothing will stop him from freeing her soul from the prison surrounding her.

But his vow is tested right from the start when an old friend calls on him to help protect the city of Boston from the ancient scourge that threatens to destroy it, leaving Cade with a heart-breaking choice: Do his duty and save the innocent lives he has sworn to protect or forsake them all in order to rescue the one for whom he would brave the walls of hell itself?
