The Writing Show
As I’ve mentioned earlier on this blog, I’m serving as one of the final judges in this year’s First Chapter contest put on by The Writing Show.
A few weeks ago I received the writing samples from each of the finalists and have spent considerable time reviewing each sample and ranking them based on a number of criteria, including storyline, style, character, dialogue, mechanics, and overall quality. I’ve now made my selections of those I consider the top of the pack and sent them on the show’s producer, Paula Berinstein.
So if you are one of those eager entrants waiting to hear the final results, your wait is almost over!
