Who is Matthew Caine?
Well, he’s me, Or at least half of him is. The other half is my good friend and collaborator, Steven Savile. We’ve gotten together to produce a three book epic fantasy series known as the Aspect Cycle and we’re putting it out under the pseudonym Matthew Caine.
Book one, Ghosts of the Conquered, is nearly 500 pages in length and will be available starting May 27th in the Epic Fantasy Bundle from Storybundle.com. It will then be available at all the usual vendors, starting with the Nook First program at Barnes & Noble.
Book two, The Swords of Scorn, will follow right on the heels of the first, launching in late June/early July.

Swann, the White Feather, is a legend. He’s also a marked man. The Steel Man, the underworld kingpin, wants him dead and has initiated The Game of Dominion to see that it happens. The Game is a cull to weed out the weak and the old. Everyone is a target, no recriminations. Swann, though, has a gift for staying alive. Which might be a problem for the Steel Man.
